Roll up

To help strengthen core muscles and to improve flexion and extension movement in the lumbar spine and lower thoracic spine

Lumbar extensions

To improve extension movement in the lumbar spine

Neck rotations

To help increase neck rotation and improve upper spine posture

Thoraco-lumbar rotations

To help increase low back rotation.

Knee drops on Fit Ball

To help increase low back rotation. Can be used in times of acute pain.

Neck rotations on small ball

To help increase neck mobility.

Pelvic tilts on small ball

To help improve movement through mid back

Thoracic extension on large foam roller

To help improve extension through mid back

Thoracic massage on large foam roller

To help improve extension through mid back
