We offer an incredibly comprehensive room rental package for those health professionals that aim to be the best in their field and give their patients and clients the ultimate customer service and journey back to health. You can read below what is included in our room rental package.

Our room rental package includes:

Room & materials

• Access to a professionally equipped practitioner environment
• Week day time slots and Saturdays (when available)
• All utilities & regular cleaning included
• Couch roll, towels, & other relevant practitioner consumables included (This does not include your own specialist materials i.e. tape, massage oils and creams)
• A fantastic, country healthcare environment with parking, not a house or basic office space

Clinic reception

• Experienced, friendly & trained reception staff to meet & greet all patients
• Provide patients with a drink upon arrival
• General knowledge of natural health
• Ability to assist in introducing you to our clients
• Take care of payment processing & rebooking
• On top of the reception staff, we have a back up answering service in place so no calls are missed! If the phone is engaged the answering service takes the call and emails us the details so we can call the clients back immediately.

Studio space

The Perrymount Clinic also has a studio space for classes of 6 - 8 clients. This is also available for use / hire for practitioners. If you have classes you would like to take then please contact us about the space.

Professionals working at The Perrymount get to use this space for free for Saturday morning educational talks they would like to present. We will also advertise these out for you in our newsletter and on social media when you provide us with all content. We can also share these on social media from your own marketing.

MOTHER AND BABY SUPPORT

The Perrymount has an exceptional mother and baby support team to the clinic, including cranial osteopathy, independent midwives, birth therapy, fertility acupuncture specialists, baby massage, pregnancy massage and more..

Your room rent includes:

• Your personal details and therapies on clinic website. (You need to supply professionally taken portrait photos of yourself). The website receives over 100 page views per day.
• Joint marketing opportunities with The Perrymount Team. Being part of a large team offers you a fantastic collaboration opportunity to split marketing costs with the clinic as a whole or a section of the clinic that you have a special interest with, for example mother and baby team.
• A well known, recognisable and respected health brand
• Use of some pre-printed marketing available for you to use i.e. referral vouchers, health tips brochure, gift vouchers and generic flyers for the clinic.
• The opportunity to create your own professionally designed and Perrymount branded material to be given to patients and for you to distribute personally

Your launch!

When we welcome you to the team we have a tried and tested launch program for you to get you started with patients. These may be new patient to the clinic or existing patients that will now use your services too. This will really fast forward you on your way but it is only the beginning. You must be willing to actively promote yourself along with the promotions we provide. There is nothing better than you personally being active in bringing new patients to yourself and asking the patients you see to send you their friends and family. This is far more personal.
