Elizabeth is an internationally established self-development Author, accredited Reiki Master Teacher, Seichim Natural Energy Healing Master Teacher, Reflexologist, and Acupressure therapist.
In 1998 Elizabeth gained an International Examination Board (I.E.B.) diploma in the Advanced Study of Anatomy and Physiology, and became a member of the International Federation of Reflexologists.
Elizabeth has also studied with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University in the practice of Raja Yoga Meditation, as well as studying many other meditation practices and holistic modalities, including: iridology, herbal medicine, Bach flower remedies, nutrition, cognitive behavioural therapy, and spiritual counselling.
As well as providing private natural therapy consultations, at The Perrymount Clinic, in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, Elizabeth also works extensively within schools and businesses throughout Sussex.
