BSc(Hons)Food Science, a diploma in Nutritional Therapy as well as ITEC and
IIHHT Reflexology qualifications. Jo is also a member of the British
Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), the Nutritional Therapy
Council (NTC) the regulatory body for nutritional therapy and the
Association of Reflexologists (MAR)
As well as working with individual clients, Jo also run workshops and talks
and provides corporate consultancy services to companies. She is the 'food
auditor' for the Food for the Brain charity and also works for the Institute
for Optimum Nutrition (ION) on a freelance basis.
Jo spent the previous 10yrs of her career working for corporate FMCGs in
food product development and trade marketing. She changed career after her
own health deteriorated and experienced first hand, the benefits of
nutrition and reflexology.
