N.A.E.T. is a technique that was established in 1983, and is a non-invasive method of testing for, and treating allergies. The method uses muscle testing and acupressure to desensitise the body against an allergen. A short avoidance period is required after treatment.

In particular, N.A.E.T. is an effective treatment for:

  • Asthma

  • Allergic eczema

  • Hayfever

  • Pet allergies

  • Dust and other environmental allergies

  • Food intolerances and food allergiesc

It can safely be used for babies and children, and can be useful for children with behavioural problems caused by food intolerances.
